Course Center Rates Finca Vrij
What does Finca Vrij cost if you want to rent the entire center?
Prices up to 1 januari 2026:
Minimum amount is 12 persons and 2 nights:
*Please note: In July and August the centre can only be rented per week and with a minimum of 18 people.
Price per person per day from Friday to Sunday €49,- (excl. 9% VAT)
Price per person per day from Monday to Thursday €45,- (excl. 9% VAT)
Price per person per additional part of the day (morning, afternoon or evening) €17,- (excl. 9% VAT)
(morning: 9 to 13.30 / afternoon: 13.30 to 18.00 / evening: 18 to 22.30)
Prices are based on self-catering, excluding mandatory bed linen.
The prices are per day and not per bed, i.e. you pay for everyone who is on the Finca, so also for workshop leaders, cooks, masseurs etc. (even when you do not stay overnight on the Finca).
Prices are excluding 9% VAT and cleaning costs (€ 260, – (excl. 21% VAT)
Tourist tax 2024: € 2.20 pppn
For courses or retreats where the stove needs to be stoked extra, an additional € 20, – per day will be charged
(think of massage courses or workshops where people are naked)
You can now easily calculate the price of your workshop yourself. If you can’t figure it out, call or email us and we will make a price quote.
We do not negotiate on the price, but we do give a discount if you want to give multiple workshops/retreats per year.

Calculation examples
Calculation example for 12 persons including rent of all rooms, VAT, mandatory bed linen, cleaning and tourist tax:
Weekend (e.g. Friday 6 pm to Sunday 5 pm) : € 1542.85 (incl. VAT € 1714.64)
Midweek (e.g. Monday 1 pm to Friday 12 pm) : € 2658.85 (incl. VAT € 2919.20)
Week (e.g. Monday 6 pm to Monday 5 pm) : € 4841.96 (incl. VAT € 4422.85)
These are just a few calculation examples. You can of course also start on other days or times.
Other options
If you want to come fully catered, that is also possible:
-Towels €5,- per package, (1 large, 1 small, excl. 21% VAT)
-Cleaning center €260,- (excl. 21% VAT)
-Cleaning extra room €30,- (excl. 21% VAT)
-Made beds €7.50 per bed (excl. 21% VAT)
-Catering price indication: from €40,- per person per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner), provided by one of the chefs we work with.
-Crate of wood €10,-
-Bicycle rental: regular bicycle with gears €10,00 p.p.p.d. or €60.00 p.p.p.w
electric bike €22.50 p.p.p.d or €125.00 p.p.p.w
(if you want to rent bikes during your retreat, please reserve in advance)

What does Finca Vrij cost if you want to stay here privately (when no course is given)?
Prices include (most) activities in the hall, sheets, towels and final cleaning!
Excluding tourist tax € 2.20 pppn
2 person apartment € 119.50 per day (with a minimum of 3 days)
